Jerry. A mysterious artistic enigma who's work mesmerizes and scares me. Like an open door to a dark room, i am drawn in by the sounds and smells that are foreign to me, yet resonate within my mind, striking chords that are familiar - perhaps in another language, or from a past experience which has left an ambiguous residue in my memory. Raw, painful, beautiful - this is his work. This is him. All of him, and I am blessed to have seen this magic with my own eyes.

I've read somewhere only recently that Hazard entertains "delusions of grandeur about becoming a fine art photographer" ... apologies to the author, for whom I bear deep admiration, respect and affection, but what fallacy! Above all, know this about hazard... with regard to his work, "delusions of grandeur" is oxymoronic, because his work is incomparably grand. Such keen sensibilities can be found on this page, unlike any other on this (or any) network; the most rarefied, purified alchemy of style and substance, art and science, intuition and craft. Aspire to fine art photography, my ass: this IS fine art, ladies and gents -- I challenge you to stack it against any celebrated work, and defy you to find it wanting in any aspect. You might say that I lapse into hyperbole; I can only reply "balderdash," and invite you to step inside and behold a true master in the making.
