I was born in a small town in the north of Spain. Since I was young my passions were sport and nature, specifically sea and water sports. Twelve years ago I moved to the Canary Islands and have lived in Lanzarote and La Palma. Whilst living in Lanzarote I took up diving, a passion I share with my wife.

I bought my first underwater camera and we had a lot of fun taking pictures in the blue, sometimes without much luck. Unconventionally, my first attempts to take pictures were at 30 metres below sea level! We moved to La Palma and this was a milestone in taking photography more seriously. The wild beauty of this island encouraged me to develop my hobby far beyond sea level. In recent years I have travelled widely in the Asia-Pacific region, you will notice my gallery is quite varied.
