My name is Jeroen, born and raised in Utrecht, the Netherlands. Now a days I live in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands.

 

As a Little kid, I loved to take photos on vacation and my friends parties. In that period I shoot all my photos with my analog camera EOS Canon 3000.

 

During my study in Groningen I followed a course developing black and white film. From that moment my interest for photography grown. After the course I bought a digital camera Canon 400D. A very nice camera to start more seriously with photography.

 

In 2009 I started a photography course for beginners at the stichting statief (www.statief.nl) in Utrecht. The combination of the theory lessons and the practice part of the course made my photography skills better and better. After the course I bought the digital camera Canon 5d mark II. A great camera that I used a lot, since I bought it a view years ago. And I'm still using this one, to take most of my photos.

 

I still love analog photography, it is always a suprise to see what the result is. Especially when you use an old fashioned camera. I have some old fashion cameras, like the Gevabox (Boxcamera, 120mm film) and the Olympus trip 35 (35mm film). From time to time I use one of them, to shoot some nice pictures.

 

I also use the GoPro Hero 3+ silver, a small action camera with a wide-angle lens, that it looks like some photos are made with a fisheye. It is funny to see how such a small camera can make such a great photos, even in hard/difficult situation.
