I started on flickr two years ago as a complete novice with a small lumix compact camera, and then moved up to an Olympus bridge camera. Before finally getting my first DSLR, a Nikon D3100, for Christmas 2011. In 2011 project 365 has proven to be quite a challenge especially on those dark winter work days. However, it has taught me to see photos even in the most umpromising of situations, and hopefully to improve my knowledge and skills as I do so.

I also love travel, and speaking foreign languages; I am currently learning Italian. I love fresh air, the seaside, the great outdoors and country houses and this is reflected in my choice of photos.
