i'm someone who is interested in waaay too much. i just got a digital camera (canon powershot a520). it's my first camera so i'm just taking a bunch of random shots. of course i'd like to be a better photographer and have something interesting to show, but i don't know much about anything when it comes to this. so if anyone has advice, criticism, or whatever...please let me know.

*update: my dad just sent me his old digital camera (olympus e10). i look forward to getting some good pics out of it.
