Jeremi was born on November 28th, 1970 in Wheeling, WV. He has an identical twin brother named Ian Karnell.

He grew up in Elkhart, located in north-central Indiana.

Jeremi attended Cleveland Elementary (I think this is cute so I am including it!), Memorial High School, Loyola University, Indiana University, and Wabash College. He studied Political Science.

Throughout Jeremi's formal education, he participated in Track and Field. He ran the 400 meters (best time .49 seconds), 1600 Meter Relay, and High Jump (best Jump 7ft).

Jeremi also took up competitive rowing by his Sophomore year in college. He learned how to skull a single before he learned how to sweep row in a 4. Jeremi and his brother Ian co-founded Wabash college's crew program in 1992. Jeremi went on to row in the Elkhart and in Chicago's Lincoln Park Rowing Club.

Other hobbies include: English Bulldogs, Traveling, Scuba Diving, Hollywood Style Lindy Hop, Reading, Camping/Hiking, Clubbing, Lounges, 1940s.

Jeremi currently acts as one of the founding partners of One to One Interactive, helping to launch the firm in 1997. During that time, he has overseen the creation of the firm's creative and marketing services departments and the firm's position as an industry leader in online direct response marketing. Serving as the firm’s President, Jeremi is responsible for building a broad-based and highly effective business development, marketing and public relations function. Jeremi also manages the firm’s Technology | Media | & Telecommunications Vertical Practice Group. In this role he has served as an Executive Sponsor for companies such as Comcast, Qualcomm, Motorola, Nextel, AT&T, and Unisys.
