Jen Rusby is a photographer with experience on both sides of the lens. She has an innate ability to snap the soul of the subject, whether landscape or portrait.

An Honors Graduate of the Art Institute, she founded her own entertainment/production company after realizing that --as a professional commercial model/talent--she would rather be on the other side of the camera. To facilitate this endeavor, she said goodbye to her agents and attended SMU’s prestigious Cox School of Business.

Jen has been a Promotions Assistant for MCA/Universal and Geffen Records, directed the Lone Star Film & Television Awards as well as music videos and produced promotional audio and video spots for television and radio. She was Dallas area Director of Trump’s official Miss Universe Pageant System and worked in promotions for the former Z-ROCK Radio based in Dallas. This spectrum of experience fuels her unique photography.

Associations have included Professional Photographer Magazine, Creator of the LENstar Model Search, Sundance Film Festival, Charter Member of Professional Models of America, Board Member of Dallas-Ft. Worth Film Commission and American Film Institute.

Animals are a large part of Jen’s life. As an advocate of No Kill Shelters and Rescues, she has fostered dogs and works to find forever homes for all animals. She and her husband have two rescue dogs of their own and enjoy photo safaris, hiking, cross country skiing and camping as a family.
