I think it's about time I redid my profile page, there was too much old info on there. So.

First things first. I'm esmereldes here, and Nightfall in a lot of other places online, so a lot of my photos are watermarked "Nightfall". I'd love to make that more consistent, but it's too much work at this point. ;P I've been on flickr practically since flickr began, so there are a lot of photos here. I mostly take pictures of dolls and toys, but you'll also find nature photos, photos of things I've made (sewing, jewelry, etc), photos of area events (I live near Boston, and visit NYC a lot), and probably way too many photos of my Hello Kitty collection.

I started out on a Canon point and shoot, upgraded to the Canon Powershot S3 IS, and now have a Canon Rebel XS - hopefully my photos are steadily improving over time along with my camera equipment! ;)

*** If you'd like to use my photos somewhere else, here's the deal, I think. If you want to use my photos for commercial use, but not pay me, don't bother asking. I don't think so highly of my photos I want to be paid, I just don't want to take money away from people who are professional photographers. If you want to blog something with my photos, go for it. Just link back to my account and give me some form of photo attribution. I'd love to hear from you with a link back to your post tho, just to see where my photos are off to. If you'd like to use my photos for some sort of art project or other non-commercial use, just ask, I'm generally fine with it. If you have a problem somehow with a photo I've taken, I'd love to hear about that too, I promise I'm very reasonable. Thanks all! ***
