I have always regarded photos as important keepsakes and recordings of precious memories but one day I found myself wanting to capture more in a photograph - I wanted to create beautiful images of the world around me, of the things that make me smile, the things that warm my heart. I started to see the world in a whole new way, and I was addicted!

A number of cameras and lenses later I continue to find myself seeking out light, colour, detail, nature, patterns, shade, beauty, joy....

I remain on the constant and never-ending quest to improve my skills and creativity with this craft. When it comes to seeking inspiration, Flickr is a great source – I love sharing the passion with a community of fellow enthusiasts and new friends.
