Sometimes frustrated photographer

Came to digital late 2004 from Minolta..now a Nikon convert, the controls make more sense to me. Though a part of me still wishes I could get the colors and skintones to be as consistent as shooting kodak portra NC...

Starting up flickr account, april 2007. Maybe a chance to get some creative feedback on images otherwise rarely seen. Be kind, please.

Dad of two, lucky to have a wife who lets me play with the camera and even sits for me...though probably won't let me post anything though she has nothing to be shy about.

Early inspiration - Ansel Adams and Edward Weston - read a lot of books my dad had sitting around with their stuff. Recently discovered portraits by Bresson, and most recently flickr. Good lord - there is some good photography here!
