During the day, when I'm dealing with the public, battling broken
appliances, I hold myself to an extremely
high standard of professional conduct. I have thousands
of customers who could potentially find this site and recognize my
name and face. After hours, on my time, I reserve the right to relax
those standards a bit. To engage in “non-work-friendly”
discussions or even have “non-work-friendly” contacts and
favorites.
It was my good friend the Samurai
Appliance Repair Man (fixitnow.com/#SlideFrame_1)
that first turned me onto Flickr. We needed a place to host my
appliance images that we sometimes refer to when helping grasshoppers
at applianceguru.com repair their own dishonorable
appliances. Of course after a few days I was hooked. I saved my
tips and got the pro account. Now I am an addict.
I don't call myself a photographer.
I've never taken any kind of photography class or even read any
photography books. I do like to take pictures and once in a while I
take a good one.

Jedi Is and always will be a friend I met on flickr that lives just down the road from me. His love of Nature and appliances make me proud to call him a friend.
