im the original jean13,started writing graffiti in 1973,and still to this day im still writing,taggin,taking pictures of what graffiti has become,in the scheme of time graffiti on the subways didn't last very long but it is kept alive by those that have the very same fever every other writer in the past had,graffiti has become 100 times more beautiful than anyone would have imagined back then,but some writers today tell me that they would give all they to have to have gotten just one subway and i have to say that doing on a subway was one of the greatest things you could have done in your life as an artist and with out the subways street art is just another big canvas and artist are a dime a dozen,you can paint like theres no tomorrow,but a subway,there is nothing in the world like it and from the looks of things,it will never happen again.
