I'm a bookish middle-aged geek. I learned the basics of photography a couple of years ago, and am working to improve my technique.

Most of the images here were taken with a Nikon d70 using a variety of lenses. Most of the best photos were taken using primes rather than zooms. (Some of the photos are scans from old negatives. Thes photos were taken with a Nikon n80.)
