Several months ago I somehow found Jay’s stream and I was an instant fan. Not only are his photos good, they are great. What makes them great you ask? Because Mr. Morales has seen the “light”! His use of off camera strobes is beyond the hobbyist level and dips into the realm of the advanced professional. I have read a few good books by the big names in flash photography and nothing they have on those pages I paid for even come close to the photos Jay MAKES! I look forward to each new strobist masterpiece Jay posts on flickr. I just hope that when Jay writes his first OCF book, that I get a signed copy! I plan on emulating his use of OCF as I (slowly) add more strobes to my gear line up. Keep it up \m/!
