Hello everyone! :)

I joined Flickr on October 18, 2005. Photos posted then were mostly taken by my beloved spouse until I started to be interested in photography when I retired in June, 2006. Very soon afterwards that latest interest became my passion and drove me to have a Pro Account on November 3, 2006. It had been and continues to be an exciting learning experience as I try to capture whatever interest me! Chiefly, of course would be whatever ‘inhabits’ our adorable garden which we’re passionate about and our beloved family. With great joy and pleasure, I’m now rediscovering so much more beauty in the details captured with my ‘point and shoot’ camera and seeing nature anew! Such marvelous discoveries daily if I go seeking them, especially in our garden! Hope you’re as pleased with all the photos I’ve captured and shared here! :D

I'd like to welcome you to visit John & Jacq’s Garden blog, which is focused in creating a sort of mini plant encyclopedia of all our garden plants and flowers, as well as listing our favorite gardening sites. Another blog at Peacockflower's world where I ramble at random topics and yet another to share some blogging tips, tricks and techniques at Jacq's Blogger Tips.! See you there! :)

Thank you so much for your visits, wonderful and encouraging comments, invites, awards and fave, as well as assistance and inspiration towards improving my photographic skills! All very much appreciated! ;)
