I like photographing things - hence the name mattermatters - but recently I've also been practicing my 'people skills'. I started out by taking pictures with a basic point-and-click Canon Powershot A580 compact camera. Mostly because that was the only camera I owned, but also because it's easy to pack and keep ready when traveling - as you may see from my sets I mostly take pictures when going abroad. Recently I've switched from my Canon Powershot to photographing with anything more advanced I can get my hands on, such as a Canon Powershot G6 and a Canon EOS 300D Digital. Considering buying an SLR of my own in the near future.
