I consider myself to be an artist and to be very crafty. I enjoy antique shopping for mod items and kitsch. I am a bit of a retroist. I like to hike and camp. I like to try different foods and places to eat. I'm addicted to the travel Channel and A&E! I have a 7 year old son. I live in a small town in Illinois where Maui Jim sunglasses, Libby's, and Caterpillar have their headquarters. I l love the ocean and to laugh. I love Route 66 and when I feel blue I'll hop on it and pretend I'm from a slower time where times were slower and better. I'd like to travel the entire route someday. In the winter months I'm a book worm because I hate snow, however, I will usually will sled with my son.
