I've always loved taking photos, but I spend most of my time exploring the Internet, writing books about web design, speaking and teaching all over the world.

I've been taking photos since I bought a box camera for a dollar at a garage sale when I was 10. Since then, I've used photos in my work as a journalist, author, and web designer. I've always enjoyed making pictures so I've found excuses to make it part of my work -- I often use my own photos in the web sites I create for teaching and my books.
