Drag to set position!
I have always had an appreciation for photography and always enjoyed taking "holiday snap" quality photographs until my father bought us a DSLR to share. That really kicked up my passion for photography and soon he was having to buy an SLR for himself as I would always be using it.
I've had my Nikon D80 for a few years now and have only recently tried to improve my skills by putting myself out of my comfort zone, learning to use the Manual settings more and more and teaching myself about adjustments through trial and error, to the point where I rarely use Auto settings. Recently bought myself the D7000, hoping it will allow me to further my skills and improve with it's superior abilities.
Joining a few groups such as the Nikon Photo Critique Group have helped me realise errors I have made and allow me to improve my skills as a photographer.
I would like to invite you to look at my photostream and I appreciate all comments (and criticisms) as they help to further improve my abilities and techniques.
