I live in the Pacific Northwest where I am blessed to have mountains and the ocean a short drive away.

The outdoors have become my refuge. My camera a way to capture what I cherish. I've enjoyed photography since my youth but it's role has come and gone in waves over the years. Now it is back to stay.

I discovered Flickr quite by accident and have been inspired by so many of you who post your images here. With time I hope to capture those fleeting moments in time just as well as those who I admire.\
