an update is req.d

my beautiful gorgeous wife has passed away from the big C...i miss her so much....i'm so grateful that she put up with me so much, imagine having to look at .........well whatever...........the thing is due to Covid 19, we probably spent more time together than we would have usually, and i was dressed quite a lot, probably too much, as she wasn't allowed out of the house we spent a lot of time in the back yard...etc...etc...small mercies.......so i'm very up and down at the moment, unlike my weight which is just up

gosh about this time last year...................it was much the same as the same as...........however apparently as you and yours get older...............i could mention a few changes here.........but....put it this way one has been very very life changing..........so ..on that note..................as far as ......well ...

i think back in the day when the internet thingy was quite innocent if you like and it's.......oh! look there's a "girl" like me....Yay...........she's got a name.................well i'll call myself ...Blah.......

so on that note i think as i have just recently passed the big ..........................six...............oh..........well a year ago..............................

i think i would like to be now known just as Emily..
