I think James is being too hard on himself by using the term 'point-and-shooter' in his profile. For someone new to photography, while it can be seen that James still has much to learn (as does everyone who has posted photos on flickr), a number of his photos show a good eye for a creative shot. I am certain that over time, by regularly checking back to view James' photostream, I, amongst many others will witness the development of a very accomplished photographer. Keep it up James
