I have made so many of my best Flickr contacts by meeting and shooting elbow-to-elbow with them. And none of this would be possible if it were not for Jamie's initiative. Jamie's photos really inspire me. She captures the beauty of everything from her lovely daughters to the Alaskan landscape. Plus rock concerts and airports to boot! There are some people you come across on Flickr who you really connect with on an artisctic level as well as a personal one. Jamie is one of those people. We live thousands of miles away from each other, but by observing her photos and her reflections, I've come to wish that she could be one of my closest neighbors.
