James’s photo stream is one of my favourite on Flickr in the main because of its overall consistent quality and the high degree of technical aptitude and skill that it demonstrates. I actually like the fact that he obviously takes time (lots I would imagine) over what he does meaning that with James you get quality rather than quantity which is no bad thing On a more simplistic level, forgetting the technical side of things, his photos are simply beautiful images to look at. I find in particular his floral images are brilliant and as I said in one of my comments no one, in my opinion, does them better. I say this as someone who normally does not have an affinity with floral subjects but I am happy to make an exception in James’s case I think if I had to summarise his work in two words I would say ‘elegant beauty’ Thank you for posting and sharing your images
