Hi! I work for the American Samoa Community College as Communications and Documents Officer. That includes the subtitle of Press Officer, and to go along with publicizing college events, I get to take a lot of photos. The ones you see here are my favorites from the ones taken for ASCC as part of my job, combined with other personal stuff like my travel shots. This site is not officially affiliated with ASCC. Feedback is always welcome in the Comments section, or via Flickr email.
You're welcome to copy any of my images you like, especially for personal, educational, non-profit, or not-very-much-profit purposes. If you're going to make money off of any of my images, then yeah, cut me in or else instant karma's gonna get you. .
JANUARY 2019
The other day it dawned on me that someday, who knows when, I may have to edit this whole collection down from over 10,000 photos to just under 1000. Then it would be a free account that could stay online indefinitely. But can you imagine having to delete over 9,000 photos? Not a very pleasant thought. And once again, this isn't going to happen anytime soon, but I don't see how else it could happen at the end. So for the moment, if you really like a photo here, I'd say download it for yourself. I took it, and I give you permission. I can't imagine any of my photos ever being worth money, but hey, things I never imagined happen all the time.

"All the people I used to know, they're an illusion to me now." BOB DYLAN
It's four years on since the last time I updated this introduction, so I thought I ought to try and offer at least a small indication that I haven't abandoned this collection, although it's true that I'm not adding to it as frequently. I started these pages in 2006 after seeing an item about Flickr on the BBC news (guess it wasn't scandalous enough for the American news channels). Since then, it's been like one of those redwood trees that grow as big as you give it room to grow. As far as organization and content, not much has changed. Why should the collection change when things change around it?
Some people ask me, "How come there are no pictures of YOU?" There are, actually, but you'll have to search for them. I see myself in the mirror every day, so why would I want to take photos of me? Other people are far more interesting, especially younger people, who have an energy that always makes for great images, in my humble opinion. I don't get a whole lot of feedback, so either the photos leave most viewers speechless, or else any meaning the photos might have is on the subtle side, which doesn't exactly compel response. I do get enough hits daily to indicate that at least some people are looking at these photos, which is enough to make it worthwhile to keep taking more. Anyway, if you're reading this, thanks for stopping by and I hope you find a few things you enjoy seeing!
