I first got into photography in April 2010 when I bought my first DSLR (Canon 450D). I've always had an appreciation for photography, but before this, never really had decent camera of my own. It was essentially an impulse buy, the money was burning a hole in my pocket, and decided to buy a camera!

I've experimented with most types of photography, but would have to say I enjoy taking landscapes the most. No doubt, a result of living in the Lake District. I also enjoy trying to capture things in ways that we can't with our eyes. Usually by choosing a longer exposure.

Hopefully over the coming months and years hope to continually develop and improve.
