James takes photographs. Thousands of them. James takes photographs of footballers. His team Lewes treat men and women footballers the same with equal pay. James treats all Lewes players the same and he take excellent photos of their male and female players. Lots of people take pictures of footballers BUT James publishes his photos with a generous license. Now that is unusual. His pictures are reused by his football team (with confusing licences) but they are also used on Wikipedia. Photos of Lewes players on Wikipedia very frequently come from James' photostream. Did I tell you that it was unusual to use a generous license? Oh yes .... and that is the reason why lots of the photos of footballers in OTHER teams are taken from photos of when they played Lewes. James has made a sustantive change to improving the visibility of women footballers here and on Wikipedia in several languages. Never met James, hope I will one day. Well done.
