Hi, I'm Jakob. I'm a native Californian, living in this interesting state called Michigan. I love to explore. I'm extremely active and consider myself an endurance athlete. I run, bike, climb rocks, hike, kayak... This consumes most of my time aside from photography. I love mountains, rivers, forests, streams, sand, and open spaces. I like to think this influences my photography, but that's up to you to decide.

Creating images of people is what I do. I love the interactions, relationships, and inspiration from each person I work with.
