6 months ago, I asked myself, "What is a Jake's World" and how does she get 1,000 views on out-of-focus pics taken with with a disposable camera? I think she was gone for a while, and then came back with a vengeance. 6 months later and I've given up trying to figure out the Jakes_World phenomenon, and just sat back and enjoyed the ride. Speaking of enjoying the ride, Jakes seems to have lots of "friends with benefits" of both sexes. We've yet to meet in person, but sometimes I wake up and look outside and think I see her in the shadows, and in the morning when I check, there are empty beer cans and bottles of Mad Dog.

Jakes may not know this. But (s)he's one of my main reasons for logging on to this place every day. Jakes is a funny soul and very few people notice this while looking at her photos. I bet she doesn't even notice herself. Actually I think that I might be the only one who noticest this. Jakes' photos are stuffed with little details that make me laugh inside. When there's very little sunshine in my life, I only have to sift through Jakes' photostream. Then I'm as good as new. But does that make her a good photographer? (Which apparently is a very important thing to be) Some might say no and some might say yes. Since I've allready forgotten what the question was, I join the "yes-side".
