Hello everyone,

I'm Jake. I live in a small town right outside of Pittsburgh, PA. I am 16 at the moment. Being in highschool, I often get overlooked as a photographer and I'm wrote off as "just a kid with a camera". But, in fact I have two cameras so that shows them! I have my Rebel T1i, Dylan (after the great Bob Dylan) and my T3i, Monroe (After the gorgeous Marilyn).

My dream at the moment is to be a travel photographer. But more realistically, I would like to own my own studio someday. Eventually I could hire workers and go travel anyway :P I enjoy portrait shooting the most, but I don;t have any models, so self portraits are a large part of my portfolio. I also enjoy off camera lighting, HDR, and abstract photography.
