I am an artist. That may not say a lot to some and it sounds a bit glib but it actually says a lot. I love what I do, I love what I see but I don't always love being an almost 100% creative person. I don't know if I can create on demand, or rather that I would this inspired if I created on demand, I prefer to paint from within. Of course I can and do take on commissions, and they are fun because at times it can be challenging. The challenge is that you are then painting for a client, who may or may not be as thrilled as you are, whereas painting from within means the art will find its own client. I am completing an erotic series of paintings at the moment which I hope to exhibit soon.
