Hi, I am a casual photographer living in Leigh-on-sea, Essex.

I shoot both digital and film; I begun my interest in photography with a wildlife focus but these days prefer street and landscape.

Camera equipment: (updated 10/2023)

Fuji XT-5 - My main camera - I have the XF16-80 f4 and the XF35 f1.4 - I have had a good experience with the camera, and successive firmware updates have smoothed some initial AF wobbles - I do feel that the camera is a bit less forgiving with the TransV 40MP sensor - indeed I do not own a lens 'rated' for the sensor.

Fuji XE2S - I bought this to pair with several M42 lenses that I have, with a view to making it something of a digital Half Frame camera. My wife uses this camera and I love the rangefinder style. Update - I bought the affordable TTartisans 27mm f/2.8 and paired it with this body, it has been a really nice, lightweight alternative to my XT-5 - really fun to shoot with.

Canon AE1-P - I have come to use this camera as my primary film camera, I have had some good results with the FD 50mm f1.8.

Rollei 35b - Ran 4 rolls through this guy but now needs a service.

Olympus Pen - Because it's so pocketable I have used this camera a fair bit, I like the half frame ascetic.
