Eduardo Romero is a mechanical engineer by profession. He graduated from University of Santo Tomas and eventually specialized in the field of manufacturing, especifically Deformed Bar production.

 

He was born and raised in the Philippines and currently earning a living as a production engineer in the State of Kuwait since 2002. He is also a freelance photographer.

 

He became fascinated with photography early on in his life but the passion was never sustained. His first camera was a Ricoh KR-5 with a 50mm lense won by his father thru a lottery game, it was way back during his childhood days. Though the equipment was in his hand, he wasn't able to seriously focus on the art as much as he wanted to. One day, after having a stable income to finance his old addiction, he asked a friend to buy him a Nikon FM3a camera from Adorama, New York. The photography gear acquisition never stops there and so does the quest for knowledge. And as the cliche' goes, the rest is history.

 

Glad that his passion for photography was re-ignited, he's pretty confident that the flame will keep on burnin'!
