Jenelle Norris was born and raised in Saint Paul, MN and began working in photography in 1992 and with Polaroid integral films in 1994. After one year at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, she decided that higher education was not for her and gave into her Gypsy-like tendencies by moving to Chicago, IL and later to Brzozów, Poland where she taught English. In 2005, after nearly two years in Poland, she returned to Saint Paul, MN where she currently lives, photographs, and manipulates. Jenelle is also the author of Polaroid 600 and Spectra Image Film: Manipulations and Creative Techniques.
And a too kind profile and review was recently done by the editor of the Photographer's Formulary Newsletter. And what is written is true, I'm working on expanding the website into a kind of be-all-end-all book of Polaroid manipulations. Pointless you say, but I know better.
Now that the formalities are out of the way...
As of late I've been spending my time with my Mamiya 645 Super and it's been a lot of fun. I can honestly say that I have missed it!
I also have a photo blog called The Big, Bad, Inspiring World of Photography and a new Twitter just for photo stuffs
