I'm an amatureish photo geek. Would hope to be a professional photographer or writer or both, some day. Right now I'm a computer programmer, not sure how I'll move into doing something else.

I love my lomo LCA, and just upgraded my FujiFinepix FX1200 (1.3 megapix brick) to a Canon SD10. I also have a Canon EOS-300, an old Canon AE-1, and a SuperSampler.

I am almost always a full frame, no touch up photographer. I keep an eye out for weird composition and striking color, and then the camera records the moment. Maybe some day I'll get more into editing and maniuplation, but for now the world is interesting enough all on it's own.

I think flickr is half about the weird social world, moving from place to place, making contacts, etc. However, I don't have a lot of time to put into that, so don't be offened if I don't seem to be paying much attention. If you want me to pay attention, just say something.
