Singing is my first love but there are very few opportunities to sing in Kuwait so it's taking a back seat at the moment.

Photography is my new obsession (much to my husband's dismay!) It's actually the one keeping me sane right now. I love my nursing job but I wouldn't really call it exciting.

I started doing this seriously about a year ago although I have always been interested in it since I was 3 feet tall.

I used to do nude sketching but it would take me 2 to 3 days to finish one image. Patience is not one of my virtues (although I am getting better at it now), that's how photography became the perfect substitute. What I like about it is the instant gratification - I click the shutter then I see the photo in half a second!

Photography made me more adventurous. Suddenly I've taken interest in traveling and trying new things and "weird" food. I love capturing different cultures, traditions and historical architectures.

My favorite subjects are definitely people - newborn, children, grown ups and myself (since I am always the available model and because I'm a bit narcissistic too!) Soon, I am going to try pet photography as well. For now, I am doing this on a part time basis but hopefully do it full time someday. When I'm not taking photos and if it's a full moon, I sing. In between, I ogle at cute guys! My husband and I remain happily married. :)
