International Visitors Leadership Program for FY 2009 was designed for librarians from special libraries known as American Corners around the world.

The purpose of this program was to share the highlights of US history, culture, social & civic values with the professionals from across the world and to provid them an opportunity to better understand the United States to effectively play their role in their perspective corners.
