Cake decorating is an art like no other. It is ephemeral and almost completely dependent upon the tastes of our clients. It is my opinion that if you put a design out there on the web, you have to expect it to be copied.
I have no problem with anyone replicating my designs; many of them were inspired by other artists in turn. Credit is nice, especially when you are making a direct copy of the design.
Photo theft on the other hand, is not acceptable. This is why I watermark so aggressively. Don't take my photo (or anyone else's!) and call it your own work. Don't put it on your web site with a microscopic note about it being "inspiration" Don't blame your web designer when you get called out. You like the design? FINE! Make your own version of it.
