I am always so delighted to see a new image from Phyllis pop up on my contact page. Whether cowboy boots, Texas bluebells, or a simple red chair, her photography recalls a happier, simpler time in life; each scene captured and composed so well with perfect color and light. Always enthusiastic and encouraging to me with my own photography, I'm grateful to count Phyllis as one of my flickr friends. ;)

Writing about Phyllis is easy. She was one of my first friends on Flickr... She has been a constant source of encouragement, support and humour, for me during my time on Flickr. I have learned so much from her...and her photography. Her photos make art out of things in everyday life that most of us miss....with her photos she creates art of those images...she conveys messages and feeling important to her. My belief is that you can always tell much about an artist by the work they create...if that is the case...to me you are a true friend...honest, charming, witty, humorous, supportive, caring with a zest for life and a love of those people important in your life. You are an artist who shares her life through her photos. Thanks for sharing all of this with me, I am honored. I wish you much happiness and success with your future...but most of all have fun with your photography and keep being who you are! A heartfelt hug!

I've only just "met" Phyllis recently, but I can't say enough about what a great contact she is. Her photos are inspiring and beautiful. She is a great encourager and promoter of her contacts. Nature is clearly dear to her heart and whimsy has a place in her photo stream as well. Wonderful !

the one thing I can testify to regarding "irishtermom" is the fact that she adores her Irish Terrier, Maggie. Maggie is in every sense her "furry kid" and every picture is taken from that perspective. They don't have to be "picture perfect" for her because there is nothing less than that when it's your kid. the one thing I can testify to regarding "irishtermom" is the fact that she adores her Irish Terrier, Maggie. Maggie is in every sense her "furry kid" and every picture is taken from that perspective. They don't have to be "picture perfect" for her because there is nothing less than that when it's your kid. She enjoys Maggie and their time together and loves to take pictures of her. I'm glad as her sister and as Maggie's "favorite aunt" that she has FINALLY discovered Flickr. I hope the Flickr community will welcome both of them as they have me and my "furry kids".
