Ireney is a respectably remunerated mercenary residing at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains in Calgary, Canada, where he plies his trade peddling any and all skills in his possession to commercial enterprises seeking solutions to a variety of creative and technical conundrums.

Photography ranks low among his many commitments and interests, but it is a welcome respite from the sometimes tedious or mundane facets of his daily existence. Ireney relishes the liberating freedom of the creative process that photography entails, from seeking and capturing the perfect frame, to tuning the resulting mass of pixels on his Macbook, occasionally interrupted by a mini marathon viewing sessions of "FAIL" compilations, and Russian dash-mounted cam recordings on YouTube.

Ireney has recently become a proud father to a bubbly little boy, who has allowed him to rediscover life from the hitherto forgotten perspective.
