I started making cakes for my children when I was unable to find what I wanted. From there I began baking for friends' children and then the word spread with friends of friends....

 

In January 2011 I took the Wilton School of Cake Decorating & Confectionary Art Master Course. In August 2012 I took a course with Rick Reichart from Cakelava and have since encountered new and exciting challenges.

 

In 2015, I started the CAP course for French Cuisine and Oenology.

 

I have discovered a new hobby and a passion for this art and I love learning about this every day!
