ARTISTS' BIO

Philip and Glenda are natives of Central Illinois. Philip has nearly two decades of design experience and works as a Senior Graphic Designer. Glenda is involved in social work and although a relative newcomer to DSLR photography, has a wonderful eye for appealing color, balance and lighting. Combining Philip’s degrees in Art & Design and Theology, they highlight the beauty seen all around us in Creation. This beauty is captured in glistening droplets after a refreshing shower and in a butterfly feasting on a summer bloom.

Whether in their own flower garden or on a vast estate Philip and Glenda seek to capture that fleeting beauty they see Creation. Their photographs preserve those fleeting moments so others can savor the beauty and find pleasure and glory in the Great Design.

Description:

Philip and Glenda both shoot with Canon DSLR cameras, a Canon T2i and a Canon T1i respectively. Since all work originates digitally, all of the photographs are worked on in the digital darkroom using a variety of programs. Each print they sell is of archival quality and an expected life of 100 years. Prints are made on an Epson Stylus Pro 9800, Canon Pixma Pro 9000, or sent to a professional lab. Their photos include floral, landscape and architectural themes.
