I own a brand and marketing agency in Minneapolis, MN, called Marketing that Matters, and have a passion for "doing good" and having fun while doing it! After battling a lifelong obesity problem, I learned to put myself in the center of my life, creating time and space to nurture my health and my inner self. In the process, I lost 200+ lbs, more than 80% of my body fat and 11 dress sizes in 18 months. Most importantly, I've gained a new perspective and life is full and happy -- the glass always runneth over.
