Hello, my name is Jack and I am a passionate Bristol based graphic designer.

I am currently studying a foundation degree in Graphic design and Multimedia in Bristol and have progressed to my second year.

I have volunteered my time over the last couple of years promoting youth events for Bristol Museum and art gallery, Arnolfini, Watershed and BFI.

By involving myself with these small projects, I have nourished my skills and have become a self-initiated graphic designer.

I achieved the Stanley Hooper Memorial award over the summer by responding to a brief set by the Institution of printing. By winning this award, I was given the opportunity to work with Bristol News and Media over a six-week period on a work placement.

At Bristol News and Media, I gained experience in working with the ‘West Weddings’ editorial design team and ‘The Post’ in illustrating their demographics through a specific infographic style.
