The Interman (Intercultural Management) project involves academics from the Indian Institute of Science (Bangalore) and the universities of Bremen and Jena.

Indian and German Managers and trainers took part in the conference, a milestone in Indo-German Intercultural activities.

Intercultural management, understanding and training is a growing area, as projects increasingly involve participants and stakeholders from more than one nation and cultural community. Good intercultural understanding helps to ensure mutual understanding and problem avoidence during projects, and foster better results.
