I am an amateur. Photography is like religion to me. I am still learning to photograph and I love to photograph almost anything. But nature is my favorite.
Although I always enjoyed photographing (mostly with my dad's camera), I never really thought that one day will come when a single day will not pass without thinking about photography...the bug bit me in 2007 after visiting the beautiful Yosemite National Park in California. Since then I (hope I) am in the process of learning and improving.
I am awestruck by seeing so many beautiful photographs from so many talented and creative photographers in Flickr. I admire many photographers and the list is really very long. However, I would love to mention a few --- Ernst Haas, Eliot Porter, Henri Cartier Bresson, Philip Hyde, Galen Rowell, John Shaw, David Muench, Jack Dykinga, Mitsuaki Iwago, Frans Lanting, Art Wolfe, Guy Tal, Steve McCurry, James Nachtwey and the list goes on ...
I wish that someday I will be good photographer.
Your comments and critiques are most welcome.
Thank you very much and God bless.

P.S. I usually post-process most of my photographs; mostly sharpen them (because I shoot only in RAW), usually enhance/saturate color, change white balance (as I usually shoot in AWB) and tweak the level/curve settings to make the picture that I want to portray. Sometimes I also do some crop. For HDRs, I like to keep it "natural looking", and I don't appreciate the HDR look in photographs (just a personal mater of taste, and no complains).
