I started "Flickring" in April 2009, so I guess I am still a newbie here (I am writing this in August 2009). I shoot with Canon PowerShot G10. It is usually categorized into the point-and-shoot type, but it can record photos in RAW. It is fun to develop photos using the Canon DPP software. Recently I got tele- and macro-conversion lenses for G10, and I guess those lenses widen the genuine ability of G10 further.

I hope that everyday viewing experience of many wonderful photos at Flickr may ennhance some aspects of my ability for photography, although it is just so fun by itself. Constructive comments and advices will be highly appreciated.

Recently I salvaged my old Nikon F2 from the bottom of the drawer, and started using it. So far I got two additional second-hand lenses; Micro Nikkor 55mm F3.5 and Ai Micro Nikkor 200mm F4. The running cost and time and effort for scanning are not small, but taking my own time for shooting films frame by frame is really fun, although those equipments are so heavy, comparing to Powershot G10.
