Carol's work has inspired me from day 1 when we were trying to figure out how to color select...cuz it was cool! ; ) Looking at Carol's images, reminds me to step back and just be a MOM and not work so hard. To sit down and enjoy those special little moments she so expertly captures of her own gorgeous boys. When I grow tired of working and feel burned out, I can look at her photos and instantly feel inspired to go do something fun! To sit in the same room with my children and notice the lines of their faces, memorize it, and embrace it. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful images Carol... I hope you know how much they truly mean to people. Never stop doing what you do, its a gift that not many people can truly claim as theirs.

What can I add to this long list of testimonials? It is hard to be original when writing about someone as special as Carol. She was the first person to make me feel a part of the Flickr community and help me to realize why this is not just a photo sharing website. Her personality has a way of breaking through the virtual world so that you immediately feel like you know her and can see the expressions on her face when reading her thoughts. I cannot help but to smile when I see her little icon. Carol's images and words truly make my day brighter on a daily basis. She has an amazing ability to capture the life moments of her boys in a unique way that stands out among the droves of child photographers here. Each image is completely original and inspiring to say the least. I know I need to leave room for others but let me say I am proud to call Carol a friend and only wish I was not on the other side of the country and could meet her in person. Consider me a fanboy!

Carol has not only an excellent talent, she also has a brilliant personality. I've only started to seriously getting in photography in january of 2007 and was extremely nervous about playing with the pros on Flickr. She's the first person here on Flickr to make me feel like I was a part of something... part of a family. It's what kept me going and practising. I owe a lot of my evolution as a photographer to her. I admire her lovely works. She has an extremely fun stream and I always crack a smile when I visit it. You can see that she loves her family very much and it translates into her stream. If her heart were any bigger, she'd need a bigger rib cage :) I love Carol, she's someone I admire and respect! I count myself lucky to be friends with her. Carol inspires me with almost every shot. She captures such innocence and grace in her work, yet there is a sense of wisdom about it as well. I love the depth of her images, in color, tone, and message. She's one of Flickr's best!

all i can say is that i truly look forward to each and every image that she posts...i can easily fave every post and it is only with enormous restraint that i don't! carol has to be one of the sweetest and nicest people on flickr and she was among the first people to welcome me to flickr by being supportive and kind when viewing my work...i truly treasure the friendship that has developed and hope that it will continue to grow. her sons photos are among the best children's images on flickr and i've grown very fond of the captures of that little angel named danny...with his face so full of life and joy!! he and and his handsome brother obviously get this inner glow from having a mom and a dad who truly love and cherish them...it just stands to reason!

As far as the woman behind the camera, well.... a more kind, generous, and helpful person could not be found!
