I love photography.

Photography helps to augment my memory and remind me of the fleeting moments otherwise lost in the ebbs and flows of my mind.

Photography has also been a wonderful route of entry into events, meetings, and meeting some fantastic characters.

It is more than just figuring out aperture/shutter-speed/iso/lighting combinations necessary to achieve the correct exposure. For me, it is not the rules of composition or Rembrandt lighting, it is instead about attempting the impossible task of capturing what you've experienced. Or, to create something too good to be true . Whether the shot is for personal recollection, publication, or creating artefacts for others, photography still makes me shake whilst my finger is on the trigger, and that feeling is what keeps me interested.
