Ok so Ingrid has been a contact of mine for some time now so this is long overdue & it’s about time I heaped some praise on her obvious skills as a photographer. She has her own distinctive style & I and many others often use the phrase “Oh it’s an Ingrid special” when viewing her work. I could view a hundred contact images but I’d recognise her work instantly, she has a style and quality which sets her apart, she is an artist at the top of her game. If I gave up this madness we call flickr tomorrow I’d be happy in the knowledge that our paths crossed, I saw some wonderful images and we had a few laughs along the way. You and your canon rock girl, keep on amazing us with your special images….

She encoraged me to try different editions, angles, subjects.....Since I have met her, I am always looking forward for her new uploads. What can I say about her photos and skills? I'm afraid I will have to be repetitive, and, like it was said by other friends, I would say her art is amazing, divine, sublime......Ingrid is a special soul, full of talent and good humor.

I joined Flickr not knowing what, if anything I would learn or find.... I found Ingrid. She is the person whose photo's I look for first (apologies to any other of my Flickr friends reading this) for inspiration, for technic, for artistic interpretation, for interestingness and for the pleasure of just viewing her photo stream. Living on the English coast like myself, I look forward to her new interpretations of the beach and shoreline. Although this is just a small portion of her work. From Abstract to Landscape this girl always seems to hit the right note every time and never ceases to amaze me. I have only known 'Flickr' Ingrid for a short time but in that time I have found her to be a very genuine, honest and generous person, quick with a comment and eager to help and share ideas. I feel very fortunate to have found her, here on Flickrworld. Keep up the good work, I know you will.

What is there to say about our Ingrid? Divine. Heavenly. Inspirational. A few words that really sum up her photography. I have no idea how she does it. But an "Ingrid" shot is something I'd be flattered to have on my wall. A unique eye, and such perfect attention to detail and composition is rare. Why this girl is not a professional, is beyond me. I'd expect to be wandering into your local bookshop and finding a "Shots By Ingrid" book, all hardback and glossy.. by the end of the year. Ingrid, prove me right please!
